Relaxation Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

If you have specific issues you would like addressed such as areas of chronic tension or pain, these can be worked on through deep tissue techniques. Or, for those of you who just prefer a stronger, deeper touch, this one's for you. But please remember, we work within your tolerance and deep tissue should be a relieving experience, not a painful one.

Hot Stone Massage

For a different sensation, hot stones are added to the massage treatment. The heat from the natural stones is a tremendously soothing experience as well as providing a deeper softening of muscle tension.

Prenatal Massage                                   

You are in a very special place in your life and this massage brings you much needed nurturing and muscle tension relief. You are placed in comfortable and safe positions propped with lots of pillows in all the right places. Your baby will feel your happiness!
